Individuals gravitate toward jobs and occupations that are commensurate with their IQ: Data on the later careers of children with very high IQ have shown that these individuals are vastly over-represented in cognitively demanding careers. My research on job gravitation was funded by the EU in the LLLight'in'Europe project
(EU project #: 290683, EU contribution: € 2,695,000), built on my on site assessments of more than 1800 employees in 60 companies in 14 countries on three continents, and resulted in two policy briefs to the European Commission and one of my A-level publication in the Journal of Business and Psychology
