I aimed at the employees' view on Learning Agility

I aimed at the employees' view on Learning Agility. As employees are getting their jobs done discretely and are increasingly making their own decisions, their perspective genuinely matters. I found five dimensions of Learning Agility. To this end, I assessed a diverse German employee sample of skilled and unskilled workers and managers (N = 434) with the short form of the strategic learning assessment map (SF-SLAM) and analyzed the data with structural equation modeling. This research resulted in one of my A-level publication in the Journal of Knowledge Management construct validation of the 25-item short form of the strategic learning assessment map (SF-SLAM)
