Emails can notoriously keep you from getting things done

Poorly managed, emails can be a major barrier against concentration and performance keeping you from getting your things done. In fact, email critically affects productivity of tasks that require concentration over time. My tailored workshops, coachings, trainings, and advisory services on better emailing are a means to a higher end: The redirection of your strengths towards value-creating tasks by preventing distraction from low-value emails. In other words, what really makes email so stressful is the social expectation of a quick response at the expense of our capacity to concentrate on high value tasks. Performance relies on efficient and timely communication between stakeholders and revamping communications can enhance collaboration, time spent on value added tasks, and less time organizing and managing knowledge between one another.
